Great customer service, suddenly realised my MOT was due very soon, messaged Jamie who got back to me straight away booked me in the following day and then collected and returned my car for me. 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, not only did they collect our car from home but also leant us a courtesy car. We have used the garage a few times now and have nothing but praise for their efficient work.
Jamie recently helped me out with my car. After been quoted a high price from my garage, Jamie sort to beat the quote and massively helped me out to get my car repaired ready for its MOT. Sent pictures and video to keep me informed. Great service. friendly staff. Great communication. highly recommended.

What can I say about these guys? Absolutely top quality and a great bunch of lads to boot! I initially came to get my electric window fixed. Diagnosing the issue was tricky as it could have been one of several parts or issues. Wouldn't accept payment off me until the issue had been addressed. My car needed a few other things done such a break discs and break pads and a couple of other things. For the total amount of work done, the final bill was very reasonable. Jamie and Richard are two of nicest guys you could ever meet. I will be taking my car back to Great North Auto Services in the future should I need any work done on my car.

Great service from Jamie and Richard ,took my camper van , the brakes Wer sticking on they looked at it straight away diagnosed the problem , ordered the parts and got it back on the road next day , fantastic service highly recommend GNAS thank you again guys

These guys were amazing. never recieved such amazing service from a garage before. Fitted me in when no other garage would. They also do recovery which is amazing. I will be bringing my car back here for MOTs and anything else it needs done. 5 stars!!!! Thank you
Took the car here for a service and noticed a big improvement of the cars performance immediately.
They notified me that the bonnet latch was corroded and could potentially snap which would have been a major job to fix if this hadn’t have been picked up.
Fully trusted the team at this garage unlike previous garages I have been too where I have felt slightly intimidated. I was put at ease throughout the whole process.
Will not go to any other garage in future.

Just had my Mercedes GLE serviced. Fantastic experience with the Great North team. Really knowledgeable, easy to deal with and easy communication.
They offered to collect my car, arrived on time at 8am and delivered as promised at 5pm. Excellent experience- highly recommended. Cody
